If you are needing to return a product we require the following information as part of the return:

• Reason for the return: What additional information could we have provided in our product listing to avoid other users the same inconvenience you have experienced?
• Condition of product: When the product has been received and isn't damaged during shipping we require the product to be returned at your expense in sell-able condition for a full refund, less shipping expenses within 30 days of when the order was received. We expect to be contacted within five days of receiving a product if it was damaged during shipping for a refund, less shipping expenses.
