Acts Ministries Christian Evangelism was formed May 25th 1999 with the launch of our online ministry with a focus of Christian evangelism and discipleship. Ron Piggott runs the day to day operations of the ministry, with the accountability of Laurie-Ann Copple and Justin Cheung, both long time friends of Ron.
July 24th 2002 we were approved as a corporation without share capital. With our application being approved we became accountable to the Canadian government for our financial records.
Our mission statement is:
- To preach and advance the teachings of the Christian faith and religious tenets, doctrines, observances and culture associated with that faith.
Our key passage of scripture:
- Ephesians 1:17-19: "I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power for us who believe." (NIV)
