On July 2nd 2004 an e-mail request was sent to the ministry asking for a supply of Bibles to be sent to Ghana for youth evangelism and Bible study purposes. Believing the request was from God the following was included in the July 24th 2004 ministry update:
Requests are beginning to come in from the around the globe for teaching material to be sent out in all forms. That would include messages on audio tape, C.D., printed material as well as videos. I want to ask that you would pray the Lord grant wisdom over responding to these requests. The truth is that so much of what is going on is new to me and I don't know what to do apart from God's Spirit saying some of these requests are from Him.
In particular I have one request here for Bibles from Ghana that I believe is of the Lord for some youth evangelism which is taking place. The Bibles being requested are for a Bible Study where over 100 are gathered. I don't have the means to do this. I am willing for the ministry to be God's vessel in response to this request. If any of you would give a Bible to the ministry or finances so the means of obtaining Bibles may be met I am willing to forward them onto Ghana. I believe this is good soil for the Kingdom. The small paper back Bibles may be the best in responding to this request as postage overseas is very expensive. May the Lord lead you if this is something He would have you respond to.
About a month later I had an e-mail from a supporter of the ministry from the United States saying Bibles were on their way. One of the joys of the ministry is being able to see God at work close up.
On August 24th 2004 the package arrived from the United States which put a big smile on my face. The box came to me complete with words of encouragement on the outside.
